You can do all sorts of apologist excuses like "it is an old game and no one cares", but if nobody cares, so why people keep posting questions here and anywhere online? I think you're all just try to shut us up. It seems suspicious that many games Windows XP works fine, but those published by Microsoft does not work. I use the "Xplosive" 3 CD pack published by guess who? Microsoft.
I receive as messages "this program is not compatible", which indicates that she has not been fixed or patched in any measure. And I could wait 3 hours and still nothing happen. I get "Exception caught Gathering exception data " as the error with a black screen. I found this discussion (link below), but as many people (including some noted it here), this solution DOES NOT WORK for me. How do Dungeon Siege (game) still does not work?
